Co-founder of Brewser
At 13 years old, working in his local village brewpub, Olly discovered an early fascination with how beer was made.
By 17, he was being trained to brew at a small, family-run real ale brewery on the Welsh borders. He spent the next decade working alongside the family, doing just about every job in the brewery - from brewing and operations to eventually becoming Sales & Marketing Manager.
A two-year trip across the Atlantic introduced him to a very different side of beer. While managing a craft beer bar and music venue in Nelson, British Columbia, he discovered the emerging world of modern craft beer and the culture surrounding it.
When the pandemic brought him back to the borderlands in 2020, job prospects were thin, but the appetite to do something different wasn’t.
With little money, four friends and an idea, Brewser was launched from Olly’s self-built tiny home in the heart of Mid Wales.
Today, Brewser connects drinkers with the UK’s best independent breweries, giving them access to fresh, exciting beer shipped directly from the people who brewed it.
From those beginnings, Brewser has grown to work with more than 200 independent breweries and has shipped over one million cans of beer.
